Contact us
Suggestions, bug reports and requests for new tools are welcome.
Email us at [email protected]. We read every message and usually reply within a few working days.
Reporting a wrong result
So that we can reproduce the problem, please include:
- the tool’s name or the address of the page;
- a short piece of the text that causes the problem (leave out anything private) and the options you chose;
- the result you got and the result you expected;
- your browser and device, if the tool did not respond.
Suggesting a tool
Tell us the job you were trying to do, with an example of the text before and after. That helps us decide what the tool should do and which options it needs.
